This book was produced for Jeff Parke and follows his life with kidney disease. The coordinator and project manager was Nancy Solomon. 

The book contains diagrams and charts. Because those images are based on medical information,  I used approved images and then re-worked them to establish a common design feel. The cover is a combination of copyright-free photos blended in Photoshop to create an image that gives a sense of peace and hope.
