Below are companies that I use regularly or have used in the past.

Turbo Press (Denver): A small printer that does great work.

Publication Printers (Denver): Web printer with fantastic presses. Their prices generally can’t be beat if you have a big job.

PrintPlace (online) I’ve been using them for about 12 years. They generally don’t make mistakes, but if they do, they make it right.

Uprinting (online) Another printer I’ve been using for years. Their work is good although their prices have risen over the last few years.

Vistaprint (online) I only use Vistaprint if a client insists on it. I think their prices are too high for what you get.

Overnight Prints (online) Their prices are good but their quality can be iffy. I think it’s a result of growing too fast, though.

Zoo Printing (online) A good, general printer. They can handle bigger jobs.

Blurb (online) Blurb is mainly for books. They have an InDesign plug-in that saves so much time when designing a book. Their prices are pretty good, too.

Mixbook (online) Same as Blurb—they specialize in books.

Education

Lynda.com (online) Lynda.com is owned by LinkedIn now but they still provide great classes and instruction on how to do most anything business-related.

Boulder Digital Arts (in-person and online) BDA provides many classes for designers, photographers, and film editors.

Video CoPilot (online) Andrew Kramer has fantastic, easy to understand video tutorials for After Effects.

Premier Gal (online) Kelsey Brannon offers really great tips and tutorials about working with video.

Coursera (online) Online classes offered by big universities.
